1. Players in the age groups U12 and up are expected to place Elite soccer activities first if these
players are playing on community soccer teams. Conflicts will always be taken into
consideration and options for problem solving will be considered, however if all options have
been reviewed and the conflict cannot be resolved then Elite activities must take precedence.
For the U9 to U11 age groups players will still be encouraged to play on community teams but
must make every effort to participate in Elite activities.
2. All Elite players are expected to participate and pay for all scheduled Elite activities. A
schedule of events has been provided and it will be your responsibility to participate in these
events. The bill structure will cover all of the events in a given session so you will be paying for
these events. Credits may be given for illness or injury but those decisions will be made on a
case-by-case basis.
Registration and payment dates will be set up for the winter and the Spring sessions.
Parents/players will be expected to attend these dates to take care of any issues necessary for
that particular session.
3. Elite practice t-shirts are mandatory for all Elite practices. Players that fail to wear them maybe
sent home from practice. In addition appropriate equipment (ball, shin-guards, soccer shorts,
water and appropriate clothing) are expected for each practice.
It is requested that players do not wear their game uniforms to practice so that this equipment
is ready and available for every game.
4. Attendance is expected for every practice, game or event. Issues do occur and excuses can
be phoned or emailed to both the coach and team parent of a given team. A player
accumulating 3 or more absences in a given 8 week period will be placed in developmental
status for the following 8-week period and then maybe reinstated if there is a space available.
5. Financial assistance is available to players that have a need. A formal request will have to be
made in writing and if approved a 60% discount will be offered. Any player that is on
scholarship will be expected to attend every scheduled event. Failure to do so for just one
event will result in the cancellation of the scholarship.
6. All Elite players will practice and play their games at
the Copley Rd Soccer Complex. A $100
field use fee is applied to every Elite player invoice. This fee can be waived by working the
various jobs at the complex for two hours. Families that do not fulfill this obligation will then be
charged the field use fee.
